happy new year!!! 2006 here i come ;p

Today is the first day of 2006!!! Yeah! I haf no particular reason why I’m feeling so happy, but I can feel my spirits rejoicing that this year will be a year of celebration and I claim fruitfulness and blessings from the Lord.

Juz now met up with yanru, yuxin, ah lua, leeling & huiweng to haf pizza hut at suntec again!!! And coincidentally, we’re sitting on the exact same table as during last year Christmas!!! Haha… the holly jolly pizza is really nice… full of cheese… then we bought 3 pieces of classic chocolate cake to impromptu to celebrate yanru’s bday… haha…

After tat b4 heading to esplanade to countdown, but realised tat my stomach feels funny, so went to do big business… it feels like diarrhoea… I thot tat God was prompting me tat I shldn’t go for the countdown, but I really wanna see my JC classmates, esp Josephine who juz received Christ! Haha, so I went after all… met meilin, waikit, rende, alex, daniel, jude, Josephine and elsa…i’m very glad to haf gone becos I saw such wonderful fireworks, and of course my ex-1803 mates!!! We were standing on the Shear’s bridge tat overlooks the Singapore river and it was a full 10mins of fireworks… although still feel abit short lah, but I think its good to see them so near and clear… and I confirmed a scientific theory – light travels faster than sound by abt 1-2 secs… haha! it was damn funny to be playing fuzzy wazzy bear game and I could only get it when it was 2006… haha the MRT game was so funny too… but still didn’t get the black magic game… perhaps next year?!

Most of them haf after activities, which is to go back to NTU hall (yanru’s room) to play majong… if I din haf church tmr at 9am, I’d haf joined them, but I think its not good keep my mom waiting at home… so I head home tgt wif elsa and josephine…

Now I still felt so glad … there’s juz lots to look forward to this coming year and it’s a great fresh start and here’s my new year resolution:

place more emphasis in studies, no or max 1 tuition
be available to serve the Lord in church and do evangelism
bring dad to church
exercise at least once a wk and lose weight!
manage my relationships wif family and frens

so soon on mon I haf to start moving thgs back to hall and prepare myself for a hectic sem wif 6 sch days…
