for the past 2 days i've been detoxing... something tat i'm trying for the 1st time, hoping to cleanse my body and let the metabolism do the job of detoxication...
into the 3rd day of detox is becoming more challenging, becos i'm tempted by the meals...lol.. but i muz persevere and complete today and mayb end off tmr or thur?? haha... its really a gd way to lose weight too! becos i'm so shocked tat i think i've prob lost abt 1.5kg? hehe ;p
actually i'm not entirely sure if i'm detox-ing the correct way or not, but i take mainly fruit juices, and strangely they're pretty filling too! if i'm really hungry, then i'll eat a bowl of cereals wif soya milk... think i feel happier getting to eat tis type of diet (which is cereals and bread, more western style of breakfast) instead of the boring chinese food like noodles and rice, or even the fattening fast food or western food.. when i crave for vegetables or got problems wif bowels, i'll eat boiled veggies. so healthy hor! haha i think as long as i limit my intake of oily food, sure can lose those weight de. lol
