poor blog its so neglected...
stress is building up... i'm becoming more & more lag in work... yesterday spent a night sorting out my notes... first time in my entire uni life i punched holes to "ring up" my notes... i'm serious! usually they're kept away in my paper cabinet and i'll only retrieve them when i need to study it... i felt it was a good thing to be tidying up a little, or else i wouldn't know the size of the pile i need to study... and now they're all piled on my luaggages (they were used to ove stuff into hall). looking at the 6 thick piles of notes just "takes breath away"... feeling drowned in the heaps... ><

time is slipping away too fast.. besides tidying up, i looked into my to-do-list: 2 lab reports due next Wed & Thurs. (one of which i thought i am done with, but my frens reminded me it was a FULL report, cuz the prof mentioned it during tutorial. sigh. how come i always seem to miss hearing the important things??) and well, the other report i have no idea how to begin becos i'm simply LOST as protocol was changed last minute!!! sigh. exams are 2 weeks away and still got reports to rush... how to start studying?? its a vicious cycle... to top it off, there's still another last lab session next week which will take 3 consecutive days to complete. but the prof was very kind to set the deadline for this lab report to be due 1 day after the last paper, ie in December, for all the groups. thank God.
lab reports are nerve-racking becos they're 30% of exam scores since most of my core modules do not have mid-term quiz, except for one. which will have my one & only quiz (besides one for my forensic elective) falls on next FRIDAY!!! this is the one thats killing me. cuz the stuff to be tested i have no recollection of whats happening, and it has very heavy content. no background knowledge that i can dig up from A's nor any previous modules in the related field. its abt indepth study of model organisms' development from embryonic stage... C.elegans, mouse, Zebrafish, xenopus.... so much stuff to memorise... the only relief i can find is that the quiz is MCQ only.
my first time gonna try staying in hall for the exams. hope i can study. and hope i can sleep well with my snoring rommie... yup.
dear we muz Jiayou and mug hard k?
and to those taking exams... JIAYOU!!!
peace....
