Hi everyone… sorry I’ve been missing here for quite some time, since my exams ended almost 2 weeks ago… playing hard and enjoying myself a lot. Hehe
Oh well… though the exams are over, somehow there lingers this anxiety over the results… kinda miss the secondary or JC school days where they have the exam post-mortem to go through exam papers, learning from the mistakes and knowing the results of ‘labour’. Now there’s no more such stuff in uni. Quite sad that uni system doesn’t allow checking of scripts (need to pay to view those scripts if you think the grades you get is not what you deserve). So somehow, I never get to learn my own mistake. In a way, this defeats the purpose of education, which is to learn from past mistakes and not commit it again…
This is gonna be a long 3 months holiday… all the way till July before school starts again… and I fail to get my intersem, so no school at all! Yay J can throw away my books for the time being, and I’m pretty sure my brain is going to be properly rested and regenerate the cells that probably died during the exams. Haha.
I’m glad that I’m learning guitar now. I always think for girls to play guitar is pretty cool. Even more especially I look forward to playing well enough in a form of a church service, in cell group, for caroling. The finger hurts, but its still worth while… looking forward to find a guitar that I can have a feel while playing… that will make a fantastic 21st birthday present… how I wish I can suddenly get the talent to play very well… feel kind of limited by the rate I can practice and improve, becos the callus on the fingers haven’t grow and it hurts to practice for long… find it so nice to play guitar, keyboard, piano, saxophone, drums, violin, etc for worship. Cool!
