I BAKED cookies today with dear for the 1ST time in my life!

And it turned out...

EDIBLE!!

that I'm satisfied already..haha.. first-timer I do not have high expectations.. Juz edible will do. Since I know nothing about baking, and even made a horrendous mistake about the type of flour (shhh.... don't you laugh!) :X

The very first batch were too thick (ahh I wished I could upload the photos!), and tasted a little too flour-ie, cuz the batter we made was little, & there was too much flour. Everything was based on a-ga-ration (since my house kitchen doesn't have proper measuring instruments), and due to some missing ingredients, we made some clever substitutes...LOL! Ok, so much for an impromptu cookies-baking, I'm sure I can make better tasting ones perhaps 50 years down the road when I'm a bored old lady with a lot of spare time.. :D

For now, I juz like Subway's BIG cookies - dark chochie, white chip & "oak-meal"... hee ;p
