1st major event after my holidays was my nephew, Shaun Koh's birthday on 10th May. I havent seen my nephew & niece for such a looong time...and they've both grown soooo much, especially Shannon (my niece). We adults get a treat at Ichiban Boshi, becos Shaun loves the japanese rice. I think Shaun looks very much like my bro-in-law, and Shannon like my sis. haha. I thought usually the boy would resemble the mother and daughter taking after the father?! Perhaps its a myth...

Next, we went over to my auntie's house, where my paternal ah ma stays, to celebrate her birthday. Buffet dinner. Eat again! haha. I always think buffet dinners aren't worth the money, and the gross thing is that, we found a cockroach cooked inside one of the dishes!!! Yeeks! So unhygienic!! I believe we made a complaint, but I didn't stay to find out the outcome of it.
Cuz... I went over to Jude's place for his potluck dinner. So happy to see most of my JC classmates, and of course my dear who left some mashed potato that he made for me. It was yummy! ;p
